The art project -- painting frogs with a bubbly background -- corresponds to Franklin's "Engineering is Elementary" summer school.
The theme for this year's summer school is the "Discovery Enrichment Summer Academy."
As this photo gallery attests, once the frog paintings were complete, the Bobcats got into full bubble mode, adorning their works with the blue-tinted liquid before turning the art room into a literal "bubble city!"
